You simply need to have an active and well registered K2 SIM card already inserted in your handset or a device

K2 network is available country wide. If you are in an area where K2 network fluctuates or not available, please let us know on our e-mail: Info@K2telecom.Ug  or call our customer care team from any network on: 0730 -000 -100 .We will immediately dispatch a team to rectify the network issue that will be detected in your area.

3. How do I activate my K2 SIM Card?

Please register your SIM Card if its not registered for it to be activated.

4. What are the requirements for K2 SIM Card registration?

In order to register your SIM Card, you are requested to carry the following to any of our registration points:

– A passport size photo
– A photocopy of your valid id

5. How do I check my airtime balance?

To check your airtime balance, simply dial *131# and press OK.

6. How do I transfer my airtime to another K2 number

You can share your airtime with any K2 numbers by dialing *143*Target mobile number*Amount# and press OK, then Press 1 to confirm the transaction.

 Please note: you will be deducted 100/= as a service fee.

e.g *143* 0730 000 100*500#  and press OK

7. How do I activate the Sauti bundle?

Simply Dial *134*1# and choose a bundle of your choice.

Then Press 1 to confirm the activation

8. How do I check my Sauti balance?

To check your Sauti balance Dial *134*9# and select option 1.

9. How do I activate the K-Vibez bundle?

To activate your SMS bundle Dial *134*2# and choose a bundle of your choice,

Then Press 1 to confirm the activation

10. How do I check my SMS balance?

To check your SMS bundle Dial *134*9# and select option 3.

11. What is the K2 APN?

APN stands for access point name. K2 APN is a gateway between the K2 network and the internet. To access the K2 internet service, please ensure that your internet capable device has the K2 APN: apnk2 in its internet settings.
